- Class registration, attendance, and payment information (via our scheduling partner)

3. How we use your data (Purposes & Legal Bases)
- Managing your class registrations and attendance — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual necessity).
- Responding to your enquiries — Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps at your request).
- Sending optional updates about classes, socials, and performance team auditions — Art. 6(1)(a) (consent, opt-in only). You can withdraw consent at any time.
We do not sell personal data, profile users, or use automated decision-making.
4. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only with service providers necessary to operate the school:
- Bueno — class registration, scheduling, and payment platform.
- Email and hosting providers — for managing correspondence and operating this website.
These providers act as processors under contract and process your data only as instructed. Where transfers outside the European Economic Area occur, they are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
5. How long we keep your data
- Class registration and payment records: retained for the duration of your active enrolment plus 7 years (Dutch tax retention requirement).
- Enquiry messages: retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Marketing consent: retained until you withdraw consent.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) — autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
